Salesnivo Terms of Service
Terms for your account, the Find browser extension and the Salesnivo dashboard, for consumer and business customers.
1. Service provider and contact
Your service provider and contracting party is WALL STREET INSIGHTS sp. z o.o., a Polish limited liability company with its registered office at Aleje Jerozolimskie 109/70, 02-011 Warsaw, Poland, registered in the National Court Register under KRS 0001205492, tax identification number NIP 7011286558, share capital PLN 50,000. In these Terms, “Salesnivo”, “we” and “provider” refer to that company.
Send questions, complaints, withdrawal notices or termination notices to support@salesnivo.com or to the postal address above. A subject line identifying your request helps us handle it, but is not required for a valid notice.
Contact telephone: +48 507 564 471. A replacement contact number is published on the contact page; this does not change rights under an existing contract.
The register is maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register.
2. Customers and users
Salesnivo supports sales preparation and is available to business customers and consumers. “Customer” means the person or organisation entering the contract; “user” means a person using an assigned account or team seat. Anyone ordering for an organisation must be authorised to do so.
Consumer status depends on the actual purpose and circumstances of the contract, rather than simply a business email address or a selected checkbox. Individual sole traders also retain protections that applicable law gives them, including Polish protection for contracts that do not have a professional character for that trader.
Independent orders are intended for adults. Where consent from a legal representative is legally required, do not enter the contract without it. Country supplements apply to the extent required by the relevant law; selecting a supplement does not remove other mandatory rights.
3. What Find provides
Find is a digital service comprising a browser extension and a dashboard. It lets you set up company searches by a phrase and area, collect available data and organise results by campaign in the dashboard. The service description and order summary shown before you enter the contract specify included features, available data, limits and user seats.
Company data may be incomplete or change at its source. An email address is not available for every company. Find does not guarantee a particular number of leads, a fixed collection time, interest in your offer or revenue. This does not reduce our obligation to provide a service that conforms to the contract or to describe it accurately.
Find does not contact leads on your behalf. Announcements about Prospect, Mailing, Academy or other future products do not include them in the current subscription. A new product or bundle requires a separately presented offer and order.
4. Technical requirements and security
To use an account, you need internet access, an active email address and a current supported browser. Collection through the extension requires a device and browser that allow its installation. Before installation and ordering, we explain requirements, compatibility, material limitations and extension permissions. Some extension features may not work on a phone.
Use up-to-date software and protect your login details. The extension may request only permissions needed for its described functions; review the requested access when installing it. We do not ask you to give us your Google account password.
We inform you about necessary updates and the consequences of not installing them in a manner appropriate to the service. Failing to update does not automatically remove statutory rights. Support can help identify problems caused by device settings or the customer's technical environment.
5. Accounts and user seats
An account is created after you submit the registration form, accept these Terms and complete required email verification. Registration alone does not activate a paid subscription or a trial. You can correct details before confirming them; keep contact and billing details current after registration.
Each purchased seat is for one assigned person. Do not share passwords. Teams use three roles: owner, leader and salesperson; a user's access depends on their assigned role, and only the owner manages billing. Seats are assigned within the order. An invitation is valid for 7 days, does not use a seat and is not, by itself, consent to an additional charge.
Report suspected account compromise promptly. We do not automatically hold a customer responsible for every third-party action; responsibility depends on the cause, security measures and applicable law.
6. Trial period
The Find trial lasts 72 hours and starts when your card is confirmed in Stripe, after you accept the presented terms. Registration alone does not start it. One trial is available per company and product. Before that step, we show the exact start and end of the trial, the first charge date, amount and subsequent subscription conditions.
Collecting during the trial has no cap. The first 10 collected companies in total under the trial entitlement are fully visible, across all campaigns. Creating another campaign does not reset this limit. Additional collected results may remain stored with restricted access, as described in the trial offer; full access requires an active paid subscription.
If you successfully stop renewal before the stated trial deadline, we will not charge a subscription fee. Trial access remains available until the original trial end. An unpaid trial entitlement expires then. We send a reminder email 24 hours before the trial ends; it does not replace clear information when ordering.
7. Subscription, price and seats
The subscription is an indefinite contract billed in monthly or annual periods, according to the chosen plan. Each seat is assigned to one person. Your confirmed order specifies seats, unit price, total price, currency, taxes, billing period and trial and first-charge dates. Any applicable team discount is reflected in that summary.
For a consumer, we show the total amount payable including mandatory taxes and fees. Business prices excluding tax do not replace this information. We do not add undisclosed extras. Changing interface language does not change an accepted price or currency.
Adding seats or changing plans requires presentation and confirmation of the new amount and when it takes effect. Any adjustment for a partial billing period is shown before you confirm the change. A seat reduction affects the next period unless a more favourable arrangement is confirmed or law requires a different result.
8. Ordering and recurring-payment consent
Before a binding order, you can review and correct details, seats and billing terms. You separately and actively agree to automatic charges for the chosen billing period. This consent is not preselected or combined with marketing consent. Where the trial begins a subscription, the final button clearly indicates the obligation to pay after the trial.
The subscription contract is entered into when Salesnivo confirms the order. We record that time; a free introductory period does not automatically move the statutory withdrawal period to the first charge. You receive confirmation of the terms, price and accepted Terms version on a durable medium that lets you keep an unchanged copy. After each payment, including renewals, you automatically receive an invoice by email. You provide invoice details (name, address, tax ID) when paying. The seller is exempt from VAT under Article 113(1) of the Polish VAT Act, so the invoice does not include VAT until this changes.
After the trial and in subsequent months, we charge only fees in the confirmed order and properly agreed changes. If a payment fails, we explain its status and how to resolve it. An attempted charge is not treated as a successful payment, and you retain the right to challenge an incorrect charge.
9. Stopping subscription renewal
You can stop the next renewal in the dashboard's billing section. We do not require a phone call, reasons or a survey. If your account is inaccessible, send a clear notice to support@salesnivo.com or by post, with enough details to identify the contract. You can also terminate without signing in with the “Cancel contract” button in the footer of the website and the app: it leads directly to a confirmation page and lets you choose ordinary termination or termination for cause, the effective date and the confirmation address.
Confirmation states receipt of your notice, the stopping of renewal and the access end date. A notice received before the trial deadline prevents the first charge. During a paid period, ordinary termination stops the next charge and access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
A previous dispute or refund request does not obstruct termination. Statutory withdrawal, termination for cause and remedies for non-conformity may have different, earlier effects. Uninstalling the extension is not itself a termination notice. Account deletion does not erase obligations already incurred or statutory rights.
10. Additional first-payment refund guarantee
Separately from statutory rights, you may request a full refund of the first subscription payment actually collected within 14 days of that payment. This covers that first charge including taxes, rather than just the price before tax. It does not automatically cover subsequent monthly charges, but does not restrict refunds due on another ground.
Request the refund with the withdrawal function in section 11: the “Withdraw and get your payment back” button in the dashboard (Settings, Access and payment) or, without signing in, the “Withdraw from contract” link. You may also email support@salesnivo.com with your account or order reference. No reason is required. When granting the refund, we stop renewals and end the access covered by that payment; we confirm the effective date. We refund without an additional fee using the same payment method, unless you expressly agree otherwise, no later than 14 days after receipt of the request.
The guarantee does not replace statutory withdrawal, complaints, refunds for unauthorised charges or remedies for non-conformity. Those rights do not depend on meeting the conditions of this additional guarantee.
11. Statutory withdrawal or cancellation
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, you may exercise it separately from ordinary stopping of renewal. Distance service contracts for consumers in Poland, Germany, Austria and the United Kingdom generally carry a 14-day withdrawal or cancellation period following contract conclusion, without giving a reason. The relevant supplement explains details and preserves any longer period required by law.
A clear statement sent to the provider is enough. The form at the end of this document is optional. You may also use the online withdrawal function available to every customer: the “Withdraw and get your payment back” button in the dashboard or the “Withdraw from contract” link in the footer, without signing in, with a separate “Confirm withdrawal” step. The same function handles the guarantee in section 10; we determine which case applies from the date the contract was concluded and the date of the first payment. We confirm receipt promptly on screen and by email, on a durable medium, with the content of the notice, the date and the time. Statutory deadlines and settlement rules take priority.
Starting the service during the withdrawal period requires your express request. Using the ongoing Find service does not itself remove the right. A proportionate charge for services actually supplied is possible only where the law permits it and its conditions, including prior information, are met. The trial is free, and the additional guarantee in section 10 remains available.
12. Lead data and lawful use
A publicly available business contact is not consent to a marketing email, call or message. Before contacting someone, assess the purpose and channel against applicable recipient law, required consents, information duties and objections. A public employee or sole-trader contact can still be personal data.
Obtaining and providing data requires a lawful basis and appropriate permissions for the source. These Terms do not authorise bypassing security or infringing copyright, database rights or source-service terms. Salesnivo remains responsible for its own obligations; we do not transfer all provider duties to a customer.
- Do not use the service for spam, harassment, fraud, discrimination or unlawful disclosure.
- Do not circumvent access controls or obtain data from private areas without permission.
- Do not treat Find as a credit, employment, insurance or housing eligibility report, or as permission to make regulated decisions about individuals.
Google Maps is an external service. Salesnivo does not represent Find as a Google product or an official Google partnership without authorisation.
13. Software and your content
The software, brand and our materials remain protected by their owners' rights. During authorised access, you receive a non-exclusive right to use contracted functions for assigned users. This does not include reselling access, distributing code or copying the service. Statutory exceptions, including interoperability rights, remain unaffected.
You retain rights to your submitted content and notes. You grant us only the permissions needed to process, display, protect and make them available to authorised users to perform the contract, within applicable law and the relevant data agreement.
Lead data does not automatically become your property or a freely resalable database. Permitted use depends on the data's nature, individual rights, source permissions and scope of provision. These Terms do not give us blanket permission to reuse your campaign data for unrelated purposes of our own.
14. Availability, conformity and updates
We provide the service in conformity with the contract and applicable requirements. We supply necessary updates, including security updates, for the period required by law and the contract. Where possible, we give advance notice of planned work materially affecting access; urgent security protection may require faster action.
External-source changes or outages may affect searches. We seek to reduce the impact and communicate material information. This does not exclude responsibility for obligations that still apply or a customer's right to appropriate remedies.
Non-conformity gives you remedies under applicable law, including bringing the service into conformity, a price reduction or contract termination and refund where the relevant conditions are met. We do not use a blanket exclusion for death, personal injury, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Support and complaints
Report a complaint or technical issue to support@salesnivo.com or the provider's postal address. Describe the issue, identify the account or order and tell us your requested remedy. A screenshot may help but is optional. Do not send passwords, full card details or unnecessary information about other people.
We acknowledge and respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt unless applicable law requires earlier action. Missing additional information does not cause automatic rejection; we explain what is necessary. Statutory consequences of failing to reply and deadlines for remedies remain unchanged.
A complaint does not restrict withdrawal, termination, refund requests or access to courts and relevant institutions. Personal-data complaints are covered by the Privacy Notice and their own statutory deadlines.
16. Restricted access and ending the service
We may temporarily restrict only the necessary access where required because of a serious security threat, legal duty, material contract breach or overdue unpaid fee. Where possible, we first explain the reason and how to resolve it. In urgent cases, we notify you after protecting the service unless prohibited by law. You can challenge the decision through our complaint process.
For a material breach, we generally allow a reasonable opportunity to remedy it before termination. Immediate termination requires an appropriate ground. Ordinary termination by us requires at least 30 days' notice and a proportionate refund of fees for the unused period, preserving more favourable statutory rights.
Ending access does not automatically remove rights to your content. Where legally required, you may retrieve content you supplied or created, free of charge, within a reasonable time and in a commonly used, machine-readable format. This does not extend entitlements to third-party data or restricted trial results. Data deletion follows the Privacy Notice, applicable processing agreement and legal duties.
17. Privacy and contract communications
The Privacy Notice describes processing of user data and, where relevant, data of people appearing in results. Where we act as a processor on a customer's instructions, an appropriate data processing agreement is required. A statement in these Terms neither replaces that agreement nor changes the parties' actual roles.
Accepting the Terms or acknowledging the Privacy Notice is not blanket consent to marketing, tracking or consent-based processing. Where needed, those consents are separate and voluntary. Withdrawing marketing consent does not terminate a subscription.
Communications needed for contract performance, security and billing go to the account's current email address. We do not combine them with advertising in a way that bypasses marketing requirements. Material confirmations and changes are provided on a durable medium where required by law or these Terms.
18. Versions, changes and applicable law
These Terms are available before ordering and can be saved. Contract confirmation identifies the accepted version, date, language, billing terms and relevant country context. A language change, travel or new IP address does not replace an existing contract's terms. Translation differences do not remove legitimate protection arising from the content presented to you and applicable law.
Changes must have justified grounds: law, security, technology or a genuine change in service scope. We explain the reason, content, date and your rights. As a general rule, material adverse changes are notified at least 30 days in advance and in accordance with additional country requirements. We do not change the price of a period already paid for. A higher price or expanded paid scope requires proper notice and express confirmation; silence does not replace required consent.
Polish law governs the contract, subject to applicable conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not deprive consumers or other protected customers of mandatory protection in the relevant country. Courts have jurisdiction under applicable rules; we do not impose exclusive Polish courts or mandatory arbitration on consumers. An invalid term is not automatically replaced with the most disadvantageous possible term for a customer.
Grounds for feature changes include a change in applicable law, removal of an identified security threat, maintaining compatibility with an updated supported browser or a changed lawfully available source, and replacing an unavailable technical component. Merely wishing to reduce purchased features is not a sufficient ground. A change unnecessary for conformity does not impose extra costs on consumers; a material change to the contract's subject requires appropriate agreement. Statutory rights to end the contract because of a service change remain effective.
Supplement: Poland
Withdrawal and early service provision
A consumer may withdraw from a distance service contract within 14 days of entering it, without giving a reason. Sending a notice before the period ends is sufficient. Missing mandatory information may extend the period under the Polish Consumer Rights Act. The form below is optional.
After withdrawal, we refund payments due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the notice, subject to statutory settlement rules. A charge for service supplied at your express request before the period ends is permitted only to the extent allowed by law. We do not charge for the free trial, and we honour the separate first-payment refund guarantee.
If required withdrawal information was not provided, the right may continue for 12 months after the original period ends. If we provide it within that time, you have 14 days from receipt under Article 29 of the Consumer Rights Act.
Digital service rights and protected sole traders
Statutory digital service delivery, conformity, update and remedy rules remain effective. Where their legal conditions are met, you may request conformity, reduce the price or withdraw from the contract. These rights are not limited to the duration of our voluntary guarantee.
An individual entering a contract directly connected with their business, but without a professional character for them, determined particularly by the subject of their business activity, retains the protection granted by Polish law. Giving a tax identification number does not itself exclude those rights.
Material adverse service changes
A change to an ongoing digital service that is unnecessary for conformity requires a justified contractual ground and must not cause additional costs. Where it materially and negatively affects access or use, we give appropriate advance notice on a durable medium of its characteristics, timing and statutory rights.
Where Article 43q of the Consumer Rights Act applies, you may terminate without notice within 30 days of the change or, if later, notification of it. The statutory exception concerns the ability to keep using an unchanged conforming service without additional cost. Settlement and content rights follow applicable law.
Complaints and dispute assistance
We respond to consumer complaints within the statutory 14-day deadline, preserving the legal consequences of failure to respond. You may seek assistance from a consumer ombudsman, the Trade Inspection or a competent alternative dispute resolution body. Our participation in a particular procedure depends on applicable law or agreement; we do not claim membership of a scheme we have not joined.
Supplement: Germany
Statutory withdrawal - Widerruf
Where German consumer protection applies, you may withdraw from a distance service contract within 14 days of entering it without giving a reason. Send a clear statement to the provider's postal or email address before the period ends. The BGB governs the mandatory deadline, any extension and settlement; starting an ongoing service does not automatically remove the right.
The withdrawal function in section 11 (in German “Vertrag widerrufen” with a separate “Widerruf bestätigen” step) meets section 356a BGB. Payments due are refunded within the statutory deadline, generally no later than 14 days after receiving withdrawal.
The period's start also depends on proper withdrawal information. Where it is missing, the right generally expires no later than 12 months and 14 days after the statutory starting point; subsequently correct information starts the period under the BGB rules. We do not shorten the applicable extended protection.
Public contract termination - Kündigung
The termination button in section 9 (in German “Verträge hier kündigen” and “jetzt kündigen”) meets section 312k BGB.
You can save the statement and its submission time. We immediately confirm receipt and the contract end date. If no date is specified, the earliest permissible date applies. If the legally required function is not provided in accordance with section 312k BGB, a consumer may terminate at any time without observing a notice period under subsection (6); this right is not restricted to the end of the paid month. Monthly billing does not create a new fixed minimum term at every renewal.
Digital service protections
Applicable rights under sections 327 et seq. BGB concerning delivery, conformity, updates and remedies remain effective. Before a binding order, we show the consumer the total price and an unambiguous payment obligation in accordance with section 312j BGB. The additional refund guarantee does not restrict these rights.
Supplement: Austria
Statutory withdrawal - Rücktritt
Under the FAGG, consumers may generally withdraw from a distance service contract within 14 days of entering it without giving a reason. No particular form is required; sending the statement before the period ends is sufficient. Inadequate information may extend the deadline. Early service provision requires an express request, and using ongoing Find does not automatically remove the right.
The withdrawal function in section 11 (in German “Vertrag widerrufen” with a separate “Widerruf bestätigen” step) meets section 13a FAGG. We refund payments due under the FAGG, generally within 14 days of receipt of the notice.
Missing required information generally extends the period by 12 months. If we provide the information within that time, you have 14 days from receipt under section 12 FAGG.
Renewal, price and termination
Trial, charge and termination conditions are clearly presented before ordering. Where a contractual effect would depend on not giving a statement by a deadline, we meet the KSchG requirements, including a specific reminder and reasonable opportunity to respond where required. We do not base a price increase on unrestricted unilateral discretion or a consumer's mere inactivity.
Statutory remedies
The FAGG, KSchG and VGG cannot be varied to a consumer's disadvantage where those laws prohibit it. Digital service conformity and update obligations, and rights to remedy non-conformity, reduce the price or end the contract where applicable conditions are met, remain effective.
Supplement: Switzerland
Refunds and statutory rights
Swiss law does not provide a general statutory withdrawal right for ordinary online contracts. We nevertheless provide the additional full first-payment refund guarantee in section 10. This does not remove other claims arising from an incorrect charge, improper performance or applicable law.
Ordering and fair terms
Before a binding order, you can identify the steps to contract conclusion, review the total price and correct details. You receive electronic confirmation. We do not apply terms creating a significant and unjustified imbalance of consumer rights and obligations. Mandatory protective rules on governing law and jurisdiction take priority.
Supplement: United Kingdom
Statutory right to cancel
A UK consumer may generally cancel a distance service contract without a reason within 14 days starting on the day after contract conclusion. The period follows contract conclusion, not the first charge. Send a clear notice before it ends to the provider's email or postal address; the form is optional. Missing required information may extend the period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Starting the service at your express request does not itself remove the right. Payments due are refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed, subject to applicable law. Any lawful proportionate settlement for services supplied follows those rules. The free trial remains free, and the first-payment guarantee is separate.
If required cancellation information is missing, the period may continue for 12 months after the original period ends. If you receive that information within that time, the period ends 14 days after receipt under regulation 31 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Service quality and a fair contract
Rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable law concerning services and digital content, reasonable care and skill, information forming part of the contract and remedies remain effective. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Choosing Polish law does not remove non-excludable protection.
Charges and straightforward cancellation
Before ordering, we present the tax-inclusive price, first-charge date, recurrence and how to end the subscription. You confirm the payment obligation and receive durable confirmation. Reminders and easy stopping of renewal do not replace statutory cancellation. Additional subscription duties apply when the relevant legislation actually becomes applicable.
Supplement: United States
Automatic-renewal consent
Before collecting billing information, we clearly disclose material terms: the amount due today, the 72-hour trial deadline, first charge, full amount for each monthly period, currency, taxes, seats and how to cancel. Recurring charges require separate, informed and affirmative agreement. You receive an acknowledgement that you can retain.
You may stop renewal online without a mandatory phone call, conversation with an agent or survey. Applicable federal, state and local charging and renewal rights remain effective. We do not restrict statutory claims concerning unauthorised payments.
Additional state and local requirements
We provide notices required by laws applicable to your circumstances. Consumers covered by California's automatic-renewal law receive an annual reminder stating the service, amount, frequency and cancellation method; required notice of an agreed fee change is provided 7-30 days before it takes effect. Other applicable laws may require further notices or accessible termination methods.
Confirmed state of residence and other relevant circumstances determine these protections; English language and an IP address do not determine them alone. Mandatory law prevails in any conflict.
Customer protections and permitted data use
We do not require mandatory arbitration or a waiver of participation in class actions. Choosing Polish law does not remove rights or remedies that applicable US law does not allow to be waived. This contract does not replace permission for telemarketing, messages or use of information as a regulated consumer report.
Model withdrawal notice
